Are there any lock-in period?

A lock-in period refers to the minimum number of months before you can request cancellation.

[Annual Plan] There is no lock-in period as your membership is valid for 1 year. There is no refund for cancelling the Annual membership before the membership ends.

[Monthly Plan] The usual lock-in period for the monthly plan is 3 months unless otherwise stated on the signup page.

You may cancel your membership by cancelling the next recurring payment when you log into your account (subject to lock-in period, if any).

How are payment made?

Similar to all subscriptions (e.g. Netflix, Disney+ etc.), recurring charges will be charged to the payment methods you signup with.
All payment details are saved securely by Shopify payment gateway.

How to cancel subscription?

Same as all subscriptions, you will be able to cancel your next recurring charge by logging into your account.

Can I redeem the Free Gifts Earlier?

Unfortunately not. All Free Gifts are available for redemption only on 21 Aug 2022 at our showroom between 11am-3pm.

If you are not available on this day, you can authorize a family or friend to redeem the free gift on your behalf. They would need your email/order ID for redemption.
