7 Days Return Refund Policy

We believe you are going to be delighted with your new purchase. But if at any time for any reason you decide it is not working out for you, just write to us and we will assist you accordingly.

  • For cases where you simply feel it is not working out (even after chatting with us), you can request for a return & refund. Here's how to do it:
    • return the item* in its original packaging to our showroom during office hours (Mon-Fri/10am-6pm excl. PH) within 7 days from date of delivery
    • our team will verify that all is in order within 3 working days
    • we will notify you of the refund procedure
  • This apply to direct purchase from www.adertek.com only

*Do note that consumables such as wipes, milk bags & soap are strictly non-refundable.

*Returned items with missing and/or damaged components, packaging, manuals and any other accessories related to the purchase will be denied return & refund. Adertek decision is final for all return & refund cases.

    Adertek Warranty

    No one likes spoilt stuff but unfortunate event may occurs and can be due to factors such as shipping damage, courier mishandling, warehouse error etc.

    Adertek will provide all necessary recovery actions to the best of our ability. However, different products have different level of warranty support hence it is important to take note of the available warranty below:

    • 1 Year Local Warranty
      • MyLO LIFESAVER Electric Nail Clipper
    • 3 Days Manufacturer Warranty
      • IFAM

    Warranty coverage starts from the date you receive your item. There are no warranty coverage for all consumables - wipes, soap, milkbags etc.

    Adertek Lifetime Support

    For all customers that made a purchase from our official channels, Adertek is committed to provide Lifetime Customer Support to every customers who have a valid order ID for their purchase.

    Our Lifetime Support includes:

    • sourcing for replacement parts (subject to replacement & courier fees)
    • product advise for use in different environment
    • customer journey support for new & experience parents

    Send-Me-Later (S-M-L) Delivery

    Being parents ourselves, we know how important it is to get the best deal available but there are times we do not need them till the arrival of our little ones.

    Therefore, we are offering all customers free 2 months storage on request for in-stock items. Here's how to request for S-M-L Delivery:

    • Place your order on www.adertek.com
    • Email us your order confirmation ID with subject title:
      AOxxxx Delay Delivery
    • Within the email, indicate when you would like us to send out the order (we will send out order on the day or next working day if it is a weekend/Public holiday)
    • You will receive a delivery tracker with delivery 4-5 working days from thereon

    Here's some things to note regarding S-M-L Delivery:

    • in the unfortunate event where any item is out of stock, we will propose an equivalent replacement or a delayed delivery timeline
    • there are strictly no refunds for orders that are under S-M-L Delivery request
    • For storage request more than 2 months, there is a storage fee of $10/item/month from 3rd month onwards

    Price Match Guarantee

    This guarantee is for all customers who had placed an order on our official site - www.adertek.com.

    With so many shopping platforms available, there might be pricing differences during campaign period.

    Our official site is committed to match the lowest price you find on all the available shopping platforms we are on.

    Here's how Adertek Price Match Guarantee works:

    • Place your order on www.adertek.com
    • Within 3 days, if you find a lower buying price* for the exact same item from Adertek on any other shopping site:
      • take a screen shot of the check out page with all available discounts & vouchers
      • send the screenshot via email to ask.ade@adertek.com
      • we will do a refund to price match (if applicable)

    Here's some things to note regarding Adertek Price Match Guarantee:

    • Only applicable for price comparison between Adertek.com and other Adertek marketplace shopfront
    • Price match is based on the final payable price after deducting all applicable Adertek vouchers
    • As marketplace / bank vouchers etc. are sponsored by the respective parties, we are unable to match these vouchers in the Price Match Guarantee

    Payment on www.Adertek.com

    Online Payment

    1. Credit card, GooglePay & ApplePay are accepted on our online shop (www.adertek.com). During checkout, you will be required to enter your credit card details for payment. 
    2. After payment is completed, you will be directed to an order confirmation page and will receive an order confirmation email in the inbox of the email used during checkout.
    3. We DO NOT keep any credit card details used during checkout.
    4. All payment details are handled by payment provider (Stripe) for payment processing.

    Showroom Payment

    1. Our showroom accepts payment via Visa, Master or Cash payment only.
    2. After payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
    3. Payment details are made through FirstData credit card terminal.
    4. We DO NOT keep any credit card details used during payment.

    Adertek Baby & Kids Delivery

    For all orders, we provide standard door-to-door delivery or self-collection at our Showroom during office hours. 

    Standard Delivery (3-4 working days)

    1. Your order will be delivered by (1) Adertek Baby & Kids own delivery team or (2) 3rd party logistics partner (3PL).
      • Delivery by Adertek: our friendly team will contact you to schedule a delivery time slot.
      • Delivery by 3PL: Your order will be submitted to 3PL for collection within 2 working days. A tracking number will be sent to your email once order has been collected. Delivery schedule and shipment tracking will be managed by 3PL.
    2. Standard Delivery by 3PL via the best courier services available to Adertek. 3PL deliveries will have a delivery tracker unless notified before order is placed.
    3. Adertek Baby & Kids will decide the delivery method for all orders.
    4. For failed deliveries after 2 times and if driver could not reach recipient over the phone to arrange delivery, items will be returned to the hub. There will be a re-delivery charge of $12-20 depending on the size of the parcel.
    5. There is a Remote Area Surcharge of $15 for Sentosa, Changi & Tuas delivery address which will be invoiced separately.

    FREE Delivery for orders above $70 - Singapore Only (3-4 working days)

    1. Similar to Standard Delivery (above)
    2. Free Delivery for orders above $70 apply to all orders with delivery within Singapore address.
    3. One time (1x) Free Delivery is applicable per order per location.
    4. Additional delivery charges applicable for multiple deliveries per order.
    5. Additional delivery charges to be advised by Adertek Baby & Kids (if requested by customer).
    6. There is a Remote Area Surcharge of $15 for Sentosa, Changi & Tuas delivery address which will be invoiced separately.

    Specific time slot delivery - Singapore Only

    1. Chargeable from $50-$60 for specific time slot delivery
    2. Available time slot - Monday to Friday, 12-5pm or 6-9pm.
    3. Adertek Baby & Kids will contact customer next working day to confirm delivery date and time slot
    4. Non-refundable
    5. Delivery managed by Lalamove or equivalent
    6. Exact delivery timing managed by delivery driver

      International Delivery (Non Singapore / Peninsular Malaysia Address)

      1. Adertek Baby & Kids will deliver international orders via SingPost and/or DHL or equivalent for international shipping.
      2. A tracking number will be send to you via email once your order is collected by delivery company.
      3. International delivery schedule will be advised at time of order confirmation. 
      4. To place an international order, please email us (ask.ade@adertek.com) for a shipping quote.
      5. Email us (ask.ade@adertek.com) for more details if you have other queries regarding international delivery.

      Self-collection

      1. Self-collection during office hours will be at either Adertek Baby & Kids showroom or Penjuru warehouse depending on the item purchased.
      2. Contact us with your order ID to schedule a pick up.
      3. Adertek Baby & Kids will notify customers once goods are ready for collection.
      4. Self-collection is available during office hours – Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, excluding public holidays. 
      5. Collection between 12-2pm is subjected to availability. Customers must notify Adertek Baby & Kids latest by 11am on the same day.

      Returns, Warranties & Refund

      Returns

      1. Goods sold are not exchangeable and return requests after 7 days from delivery will be considered on a case by case basis.
      2. All approved returns will be in the form of gift cards for use on Adertek online shop (www.adertek.com).

      Warranties

      1. There are no warranties unless specified on product page.
      2. For manufacturer defects, customers must notify Adertek Baby & Kids within 2 working days upon receipt of delivery. Product must be repacked into its original packaging upon return.
      3. Adertek Baby & Kids will review product and a decision will be made within 2 weeks.
      4. Adertek Baby & Kids will not entertain any products that are reported manufacturer defects but does not have it's original packaging.

      Refund

      1. No cash refund after the 7 Days Return Refund Policy period.
      2. Pre-Orders, Promotions & Clearance sales are non-refundable after 2 working days from date of purchase as item would be confirmed and produced by factory.
