Returns & Refunds

Adertek Lifestyle accepts payment via credit card or bank transfer.

Credit Card Payment

  1. Currently, credit card payment is only accepted via our online shop. During checkout, you will be required to enter your credit card details for payment.
  2. After payment is completed, you will be directed to an order confirmation page and will receive an order confirmation email in the inbox of the email used during checkout.
  3. Adertek does not keep any credit card details used during checkout.
  4. All credit card payment details will go through Shopify and Stripe payment for processing.

Bank Transfer

  1. Transfer payment to Adertek Lifestyle Pte Ltd DBS current account 0179052920
  2. Quote your order number (eg. "AO12345") during funds transfer
  3. Send a screenshot of the completed funds transfer to sales@adertek.com
Your order will be mark as paid and prepare for shipment on the next working day.

 

Adertek offers standard delivery or self-collection for all orders. All delivery and scheduling will be processed on Monday to Friday, between 9am - 5pm.

Standard Shipping

  1. For orders with standard shipping, Adertek will deliver the products via either (1) Adertek own delivery team or (2) 3rd party delivery team.
    1. Delivery via Adertek own team: If your location is within our delivery route for that day, our delivery team will contact you and arrange for a delivery date and time at your convenience.
    2. Delivery via 3rd party: We will submit the delivery parcel to 3rd party logistic company within 2 working days. Delivery schedule and shipment tracking will be provided by them.
  2. Adertek reserve the rights to determine which delivery method to be used for standard delivery.

Suitable forcustomers with flexible delivery date and time.

Self-collection

  1. Orders with self-collection will have to be collected at Adertek’s office, 3 Ang Mo Kio St 62 #04-15, Room 4, Singapore 569139
  2. Adertek will notify you when your order is packed and transported from our warehouse to our office.
  3. Self-collection is available during office hours – Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please contact us by 11am if you wish to self-collect during lunch time (12-2pm) the same day.
  4. Due to space constraints, orders will be kept at our office for 5 working days excluding date of notification.
  5. If order is not collected within 5 working days, items will be sent back to our warehouse. An administrative fee of $10 (pre-paid) will be imposed for transporting the order back to Adertek office for self-collection.

Suitable for – customers who live around Ang Mo Kio area and looking to save on delivery fees.

Next Weekend Delivery

  1. Save 30% off delivery if you are OK with delivery on the following weekend.
  2. Delivery will be made on the following Saturday or Sunday only.
  3. Adertek Lifestyle will contact you prior to arrangement of delivery.
  4. Changing of delivery to standard shipping will require the balance payment of standard shipping.
    eg. Standard shipping - Next Weekend Delivery = Balance payment

Suitable for – Customers who want to save on delivery and OK to wait.

Refer to below policy for defective products (eg. defective, damaged, break down etc.)

Returns

  1. Goods sold are not exchangeable and returns will be considered on a case by case basis.
  2. For goods damaged during Adertek own shipping, Adertek will provide a 1 for 1 exchange (subject to availability) for the damage product.
  3. Goods damaged during SingPost delivery will be reviewed and decided on a case by case basis.
  4. All returns (if any) will be in the form of gift cards for use on Adertek online shop.

Warranties

  1. Some products come with warranty provided by the manufacturer.
  2. Products with warranty will be indicated on product pages.
  3. For issues encountered for products with warranty, refer to contact information can be found on warranty card or product guide book for assistance.

Refund

  1. Adertek does not offer refund unless orders cannot be fulfilled by Adertek.
  2. If you change your mind about the order and would like to cancel the order:
    1. before shipment – Adertek will issue a gift card equivalent to your order value. Orders will not be shipped out.
    2. Shipment arranged / on delivery – Adertek will not accept refund request once order is shipped out.
