Upgrading Monthly to Annual Membership?

We know plans change and so we got you covered!

1. Simply purchase a annual membership plan
2. Email ask.ade@adertek.com with your registered email ID and order ID (start with AOxxxx) of the annual membership confirmation
3. Our team will process the membership upgrade within 3 working days
4. You will receive a reply on the confirmation once completed

Important:

1. Perks are only applicable to active members only.
   
2. Members must login to their registered email address to enjoy the membership perks
3. Monthly membership cannot be cancelled or refunded during the lock-in period.
   
4. You can notify us to cancel the membership after the lock-in period and we will cancel the next and all future billing.
5. There is no refund for any balance paid after membership is cancelled. Your membership will be active until the last day as indicated in the billing cycle.
6. Membership cannot be transferred.
   
7. Price guaranteed only apply to Adertek storefront on other marketplaces and does not include the use of vouchers that are issued by the marketplaces.
8. Adertek reserves the right to make changes to any membership perks at own discretion.
9. In the event of any disputes, Adertek decision would be final.
